Plant Engineer

An excellent opportunity for Plant Engineer has arisen to join our Plant Department team. Residentially based in Sangatta Project and reporting to the Supervisor Machine Health, you will responsible and accountable for engineering support on plant maintenance and planning related issue.
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to play an active role in providing engineering assistance for business unit and site plant modifications; ensure all issue identified as CIP initiatives from any resources are investigated; provide engineering support to identify fleet, plant and component maintenance issues; provide suggest solutions and roll out plans to rectify issues that have been identified; provide engineering support to analyse and develop whole of life plant operating cost and cost reduction initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will need to have minimum Mechanical Engineering Degree; have experience in mining industry practice, with minimum of 2 year experiences in same role at mine site. The candidate should have computer literacy, having Analytical and logical thinking, strong initiative, attention to detail, self-motivated, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
Supervisor Project Support

An excellent opportunity for Supervisor Project Support has arisen to join our Mining Department team. Residentially based in Sangatta Project and reporting to the Superintendent Project Support, you will coordinate and control all finger print process for all mining employees including managing the data results for operational and time sheet requirement, manage allocation of operator to the unit.
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to ensure unit validation board filling up properly and operator easy to read; allocate manhaul for each area in the pit; coordinate and organize hot seat, wet weather, safety talk etc.; update notice board with newest information; ensure plant check list and time sheet collected and delivered to Infomine in proper time; control stock of plant check list book, time sheet book etc.; ensure that absenteeism for mining crew managed accurately.
To be successful in this role you will need to have minimum Senior High School; have experience as Lead Hand Mining or Lead Hand Time Keeper in mining industry practice, with minimum of 1 year experiences. The candidate should have good skill in computer, have leadership skill, self-motivated, understanding mining process, understanding transport operation; communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
